| Villa Verde is set in a quiet residential area of sought-after Ciudad Quesada, surrounded by shrubs and flowers in its own garden. The private pool is surrounded by numerous terraces for sunbathing and eating - and also some shady areas for relaxing. The property is fully air-conditioned and also has central heating for the uncommon chilly nights in the Winter season. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, and some of the best beaches in Spain are only 10 minutes by car. The area is also a favourite with golfers, as La Marquesa golf course is only 5 minutes away, with 3 further courses within 15 minutes drive. Ciudad Quesada also has an AquaPark which is a favourite with kids of all ages. The bustling holiday town of Torrevieja is only 20 minutes away with its sophisticated shops, harbour and busy nightlife and the fantastic TerraMitica theme park is approximately 1 hours drive away. |
