Local facilities, within walking distance, include a bar, a restaurant, a large outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a gym and fitness centre. (A charge is payable for the use of these facilities.).

| The Costa Blanca is famous for long sandy beaches, many awarded the coveted EU Blue Flag for quality and cleanliness. Nearest access is ten minutes by car from the villa.
The nearest town to the villa is the market town of Pego, about ten minutes by car. There are several large supermarkets in Pego, and the town is famous for it's fiestas including Carnival, Las Fallas and Moros y Cristianos.
The busy fishing and ferry port of Denia is a popular and lively holiday resort in summer and is about twenty minutes away.
Leisure facilities in the local area include 3 golf courses within 25 kms. The large Paramount theme park 'Terra Mitica', the family watersports park 'Aqualandia' and the world famous 'Oceanografico' are all less than an hour away by car. The Vergel Safari Park is five minutes by car, and there are two kart tracks within ten minutes.
There are many restaurants in the local area providing all types of cuisine. They are generally very good value. |
